Tehran Follows Tamar Niv Sultan a Mossad Hacker-Agent Who Infiltrates Tehran Under a False Identity After Going Rogue at the End of Season 2.

Apple TV has announced that its International Emmy Award-winning global espionage thriller Tehran has been renewed for a third season. Hugh Laurie will join the cast as Eric Peterson, a seasoned MI6 agent who forms an unlikely alliance with Tamar (Niv Sultan).

The International Emmy-winning drama Tehran is getting a third season at Apple TV and adding Hugh Laurie to the cast. Created by Dana Eden, Maor Kohn, Omri Shenhar, Daniel Syrkin, and Moshe Zonder, the show follows Tamar Niv Sultan as a Mossad hacker-agent who infiltrates Tehran under a false identity. After going rogue at the end of season 2, Tamar will team up with Peterson to take down a new threat.

No release date has been announced for season 3 of Tehran, but production is expected to begin later this year. In the meantime, you can catch up on the first two seasons on Apple TV+.
