FC Union Berlin reaches DFB Cup semi-finals
Berliners beat Kaiserslautern 1-0
FC Union Berlin have reached the semi-finals of the DFB Cup after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over 2. Bundesliga side 1. FC Kaiserslautern on Tuesday night.
Becker's goal the difference
The only goal of the game came in the 25th minute, when Sheraldo Becker fired home from close range after good work from Rani Khedira. Kaiserslautern pushed for an equaliser in the second half, but Union held on to secure their place in the last four.
